Don't think Dallas needs Domi.

Young Stankoven looks like he's the real deal.

Domi would go for more than a 3rd and 5th. The Washington capitals are asking for a 1st for Nic Dowd, if Insiders are right there isn't a single center on the market right now where the asking price is less than a 1st. So even if its Domi + 3rd for 1st. The Leafs should get a 1st back.

Also I agree Domi needs to go. I'd add Bertuzzi to that. I like the edge they both bring but in terms of their actual play they are just two more offensive minded guys who are horrible in the D-Zone.

fair enough, just know he was a great fit last year and at 50% feel like it'd be great value

I think the Leafs are hoping Domi is great value in the playoffs.

If they could get a 1st for Domi that'd be incredible. I really like Domi as a guy but the leafs need a better and more responsible centre (Henrique in this case). I also think that Bertuzzi has looked way better in the last 3 weeks and that he will be effective in the playoffs.

I think they're hoping wrong - much more likely that Bertuzzi will be great in the playoffs imo

I agree.

But Tree signed Domi.

He's not trading him this season.

GM's hate admitting mistakes.

Whether or not signing Domi was a mistake is debatable.

Will always baffle me that NHL GM's can be so rigid. I think labelling him a mistake is too harsh, just not what the Leafs need right now.

Yeah it's just that Domi is so bad defensively.

I like his toughness but his scoring touch seems to be getting worse.

It's surprising because he played in London with Marner in junior.

The Hunter's are notorious for producing NHL players.

Knights run their team like an NHL team.

Maybe Domi was sick the day they taught defense?

Haha he probably was sick that day. Just seems like the writing is on the wall for him. No where for him to go if they acquire a centre.

First, Habs wont Trade Savard

They have a lot of late pick and B- prospect

The only way someone get Savard is a team ready to overpaid

Fraser Minten and a 2nd round pick habs could'nt decline this

Leafs are a rivals too

And if you want them to use their la retention it probably gonna cost something. Probably paid a 3rd team to do this is a better idea

This is my personal opinion

I think Mtl should accept. Prices are low this year. Don't wait for a Greg Rivet trade this year. Barron and Mailloux are NHL ready.
