Pezz would also fit the bill of a bottom 6 grinder, is cheaper, and a TOR boy, just fyi. Could make a swing for both players from MTL.

I would like Pezz but dont have space on the fourth line. Can't see him being a third liner for us

You don’t have space for him on the fourth line? Taking Reaves out of the lineup is an immediate positive by subtraction. Replace him with a guy who can fight and actually skate. Reaves is ridiculous talking to the media constantly about who will be his next fight like a UFC fighter trying to stay relevant.

Like Jay said, just scratch Reaves. Only time that guy is relevant is when he's throwing fists, other than than he's a huge liability.

Reaves has been playing some solid hockey for us. Hes not usless out there, he hits and he fights. He’s the only guy that’s doing all of those

Reaves is a -12 on a team with a positive goal differential. He's not a guy you hold a roster spot for, he's a guy you have in the press box and he gets to play 1 out of every 4-5 games when there's a credible threat to top tier players. I respect that he's the intimidator but 99.9% of the league is just down right better than he is on a nightly basis. I would take Pezz > Reaves 10/10 times, even more so once you factor in their salaries/contracts.
