leafs pass, they arent adding two 3rds to a trade that takes away 2 effective defensemen and replaces them with an also effective but 31 year old defenseman on a long deal

Kinda feel like both teams pass, or both teams hold their nose and just do it. One or the other, there's no middle ground.
