I don't want Drury at all. He epitomizes what is wrong with getting young players back for a rental. He's a JAG that makes no difference in the short or long term. Rather get a future with upside potential.

I’d love to keep Necas but with our d-situation next year, I don’t see us dealing Morrow and he’s probably what St. Louis asks for to start off. Ideally, we keep both Morrow and Necas, so the package would include a 2024 1st + Jackson Blake + another prospect or pick for Buch 50% retained

Yeah I would think any Buch to Carolina package would have to include one Nikishin, Morrow, or Necas in it.

I cannot see the Canes offering that, but if they did, I would hope we could negotiate a different piece that approximates the combined value of the 25 1st and Heimosalmi.
