I see Brodie as odd one out, especially bc Tre let him walk a few year back... So would make sense to try and asset manage him, but who knows...

There's a freaking report that we're in on Crosby which is so ridiculous and not true, I'd bet money that doesn't happen

You need the pick to trade it and a 2nd, no matter how high it is, is still not the same value as a 1st. Proof of this is at the draft when teams trade 2 2nds to move up into the late 1st round. If an early 2nd was basically a later 1st, teams wouldn't have to package an addition 2nd or a 3rd to move up from 35th to 27th, all they would have to add would be a 6th or 7th. Basically a late 1st has twice the value of an early 2nd.
