Absolutely nothing. The team doesn't have a 1C so no point in adding depth. Make the playoffs, beat the leafs in 7, forfeit to the panthers, and it works out for everyone.

3: Make it more obvious how much the teams needs a 1C by losing to FLA in 4. W.

you took a very reasonable idea, and expressed it in the most asinine way you could.

you new to this league? sometimes a team with a hole or two wins a stanley cup. do you even remember how flawed that 2011 team was? the same clowns were saying that team should have been blown up and claude fired.

This post is a joke, but I do think there's truth to it. No team has won the cup with a 1C over age 30 in the cap era. Every cup winning team over the last 15 years has had a top 3 pick on the roster who is Canadian, or a 1st overall pick of any nationality.

The bruins are very close. They certainly need a 1C though, imho.
