Maybe I'm alone, but given what the asking prices were I think Drury made the best of a bad situation. Realistically if Pittsburgh wanted a 1st Kakko and Othmann, ignoring peoples feelings of Kakko that is way too much and over paying for Vatrano who would of put up less points when he is not on PP1 also seems like a waste. Sure other moves could have been made but I think he was thinking long term. Let's say they got Frankie V without giving up Kakko you have 2 wingers who should get a serious look in the NHL next season in Bedard and Othmann where would you play them when your top 9 wingers are Panarin, Kreider, Lafrenière, Kakko, Cuylle, and Vatrano
