Description
A brutal couple of losses on the weekend puts us of the playoff picture, but here are some potential forward lines:
Huberdeau-Sharangovich-Coronato was great against TBL, and hopefully they can rebound after 2 lesser games.
Pelletier-Kadri-Kuzmenko can be a skill line, that can hopefully get Pelletier some more goals and points, as he looks decent but lacking something since his return from IR
Our Mangiapane-Backlund-Coleman line has been good for us all year, no explanation needed
Hunt-Rooney-Pospisil wouldn't have been my predicted 4th line to start the season, but all 3 have pleasantly surprised me lately (besides Pospisil's suspension) and until Zary returns they could be a decent 4th line (Kadri & The Kids would probably reunite I assume)
On defense I think we should change things up:
Kylington and Pachal were not good against CAR, and so putting Kylington (who still looks good offensively, just not as much on D) with the steadier Andersson might work, and so could a new pairing with Weegar and Pachal. As for the third pair, I made a newly-acquired combo of Okhotiuk (if he's ready, if not Hanley or Gilbert) and Miromanov.
Let me know if there's anything you would change :)

Kylington definitely should be paired with Weegar or Andersson. I'd prefer him with Weegar but until we find another top 4 LD (likely not until the offseason) it makes sense to keep Weegar at LD.

Forward lines are a bit of a work in progress. Can't really do much about them until the this summer when hopefully Conroy can weaponize all that cap space and trade assets to sign or trade for some good players to fill the holes. Centers and right shot forwards with some speed and skill who aren't small compete and work hard.

What'd be really nice is to pick up a true sniper, a goal scorer who's dangerous shooting from just about anywhere in the offensive zone and can change games. Calgary hasn't had one of those in a long time. A big physical top 6 power forward (even a left shot) would be nice too, someone who forechecks, hit's hard, is a disruptive net front presence and gets some greasy goals.

Yeah, I agree, someone like Kyle Connor from the Jets or Pastrnak from the Bruins (who can both score a lot), although those guys aren't up for grabs... perhaps Coronato can eventually develop into that sniper?
