Depending on what you add on to dump him, I'd like him on SJ to pair with a guy like Muhk. Not sure management would like the 2 years at 8mil but fit wise I like it enough and helps for the cap floor.

He has a NMC so likely an easy no for us, doubt he waived it to go anywhere unless it’s a team with a better chance at a cup, even then likely no.

im fairly sure he wants to stay in the north eastern us area (his family is apparently super comfortable in new york), preferably the state of new york but buffalo really doesn't need him.

He is our Captain... Why on earth would we want to ship him?
If it is something to do with the fact that we are playing great defense with him out, I would say that is more to do with the fact that he has created a hole and players must play 2x as hard to cover up that hole...
