Description
Yesterday I posted what I think they will do next year. This version is what I would attempt.

Guentzel can 9 or more on the open market, no doubt. But how many teams will give that to him on an eight year term? Vancouver might just be the best fit for him, given his familiarity with management and the coach and the opportunity to play with either EP40 or Miller.

Toffoli I have at again, likely lower than market value, but I add a restrictive NTC to the contract. I'm sure he's tired of getting traded every year, and why not? He was a good fit here in the past, and he can play the left side, so he's not blocking Lekkerimaki's path to the NHL.

I think the trade is a decent deal for Nashville. They are looking to add scoring, have the cap space and the assets to make the deal. They've expressed interest in Boeser in the past. Of course, they could always wait and make bids on Guentzel and Toffoli...

Since it seems like the team is intent on low balling Hronek, I walk him to free agency in this scenario.

I'm not signing Zadorov because he's looking for term, and I don't want to block the path to the NHL for the guys coming up on the left side.

Barrie because they need offense from the bottom four.

And again, I want DeSmith back for when Demko gets hurt.

I don't like it for NSH. That's too much to give up for a year of Boeser (especially with having to take Mikheyev's contract too).

I can follow the logic of nashville going after boeser... but they dont go after Mikheyev. We have alot of dead cap this and next season due to buying out duchene and devoting around 5 million for a 3rd line forward is not gonna work for us.
