Robertson doesn't deserve that raise. Would Roy sign in Canada or will he go where the taxes are cheaper. The league needs to make the cap amount for the league after taxes. That would even the playing field, they would of course have to adjust the overall cap amount.

That's pretty close to the lineup as.I would predict.
Only difference is the Leafs need a veteran goalie with Woll next season, not Hildeby.
Not saying it's Roy (unlikely) or Dillon but as you shown, Leafs do have about 10m in cap to spend on two or three Dmen.
