Term is very short on all of them.

When the Pens were retooling on the fly and won some cups they didn't exactly look to get younger. They looked to get better.

Except that was like 8 years ago when Crosby and Malkin were in their 20's. You took Marner (in his 20's and replaced him with guys over 35. Crosby certainly doesn't cost this much
