It will be worse next year when they will be even younger.

He’s referring to Sabres owner Terry Pegula
Just some crybaby crap trolling the team he’s “supposedly” a fan of

Nonsense like this happens after a loss
If not him, one of our other miserable fans jumping on every message board they can find to get someone to hear & agree with their complaints
Misery loves company as they say 🤣🤣🤣

Feel like this season is on Adams and Granato. Didn't do enough to ice the best team and injuries didn't help. Granato just hasn't utilized this lineup or coached them well enough. MASSIVE offensive dip for all players from last year.

I think it’s mostly on Granato
BUT
idk that him trying to get us to play more defense is a bad idea

Sure, that hurt the offense this year
But we know the offense is there
Actually, idk if the offense has even taken a big dip, or is it just that our PP has gone to $h!t this year??

All i can figure as far as “blaming Terry” goes,
is that we can *maybe* be upset that he doesn’t have Adams GMTM-ing this thing
But that’s probably as good thing,
even though we’ve mostly run out of patience with this “slower rebuild”

As frustrating as it is, it’s probably the smart way to go
A couple tweaks & continued development of all this youth and this team could get pretty good, pretty quickly
Just need to make the right tweaks imo

But I’m not a doom n gloom kinda guy
So take it for what it’s worth

Well unfortunately there have been a lot of loses like this. They quit again, that's on the players not coaching!

KA an Granato are definitely returning next season so what changes so we dont have another excuse filled season? Special teams production dropped, Offense took a massive hit, we wanna play more defense yet only have 5 loser points?

They need to fix there PP, they were like 9th in 5vs5 scoring and 29th in PP. Plus they need to stop quitting during games, horrible tendency for a young Hockey Team.

Maybe he is just tired of watching a team not make the playoffs for 13 straight years now despite having had 17 first round picks since their last playoff appearance that included 2 first overall picks and 2, 2nd overall picks including Eichel and Reinhardt.

Always cracks me up when i see comments like this
Do u actually think the players went out for the 3rd period & just “quit” ?
U really think they made a conscious decision to stop trying ?

Sorry dude, but that’s absurd

To be fair, I do think Adams is trying to lock everyone into long-term deals first but it’s kind of time to add around the core and improve.

They've gotten much better and respectable since 2016. A lot of cap space, top prospect pool, loaded draft capital, young talent locked in on good contracts, etc. It's just time to make a few adds to solidify the roster and make a coaching change to spark the team. Pieces are here to be a contender.

It might be time for Granato to move on. The team needs to shake up their routine and bring intensity to their practice sessions — no more messing around. Even Mittelstadt noticed how hard and fast teams like Colorado go, not just in games but in practices too. It's telling when a young player's insight overshadows the coach's. Perhaps Granato would be better off returning to development roles. It’s been too long since any player was benched for underperforming. And the assistant coaches? They have to fix that failing power play. It’s frustrating to watch the team hammer away with shot after shot, yet barely score. We have the player talent; now it's time for the coaches to meet that level.
