There is no guarentee Chychrun resigns in Toronto. And for that gamble, there is no way I give up Liligren (who has looked awefully good lately) AND a 1st.

Cap is king, and Chychrun is gonna run about $7 million per on the low end. Leafs simply don't have that kind of space if they want to ice a more balanced line up..... even with JT coming off the books

The issue of this is Chycrun is a UFA after that season and is a LD.

Liligren is an RFA and a RD and when u add the 1st its risky.

As if Chycrun walks TOR basically gave up a nice pkg for 1 run of Chycrun
