Would be great to see him playing again but I imagine he's on the longer end of the recovery window (16 months) and returning to playoff hockey after not having played for two years would be really tough. Can't help but think the Avs and Landy are going to be extra careful trying to get him back and will just wait until next season.

Just to add, even if he's medically cleared to play......is he NHL good enough to be suddenly be inserted into a playoff game, after missing so much time.?

Yeah definitely agree. They tried to rush him back last year and it didn't work. We'll see tho, it's nice to dream.
