How is Joe Pavelski still so good? I'd be surprised if he left Dallas, but I'm sure he'd fit in well in Tampa.

I can't see a 20 man roster with that many old guys (no offense to them) thriving though... making the playoffs would be a struggle if any of them go down for any extended period.

Stamkos isn't getting that much at least not if he's staying.
No chance Cooper plays Sergachev on his off-hand all year long . He despises playing guys on their off-hand.
20 man roster is utterly untenable all season long.

Love Pavelski, but Duclair compliments the top six too well to let him go. Rather sign a younger guy in him than risk Pavelski
