Hertls contract bought his trade value down massively and Buchnevich is on an affordable deal without term I would guess that Armstrong turned down better offers than this at the TDL

With Allen on the books for next year, Schmid would have to be in a A1 Goalie deal. Wasn’t he supposed to be the starter for y’all? Was very promising in that Round1 playoff serie last year.

Schmid was supposed to be at least a 1B this year, but he struggled. Though I think the Devils inconsistent defense and poor coaching didn't do him any favors.

I think he still has a bright future, but considering the Devils immediate need in net, I'd be fine with trading Schmid if we can acquire a proven #1 goalie.

Why are the Bruins giving up picks for a pending FA forward that they’d have to resign vs singing a FA forward? They have the cap space to get whatever forward they want and are going to be an attractive option.
