I would have used any AHL defense we have , we called 1 up Rifai Marshall and he just sat over Brodie who was at least a minus 3 maybe minus 4 tonight.

Treliving was the Flames GM who agreed to trade Brodie to Toronto for Kadri and after Kadri nixed that idea let Brodie walk for nothing. Probably better than 50% he lets Brodie walk again. For years Treliving's offseason plany would alternate between revolving around firing the coach and replacing his starting goalie. He'd fire the coach one year then bring in a new starter the next year, rinse and repeat. The question is which one will he do this summer?
