Description

Tampa keeps Stamkos, but should Duclair choose to walk in ufa, here's another example of how Tampa could upgrade the RD while also keeping a strong offense going. No, there is still no Hanifin, who remains too costly to the overall balance of the team in terms of cap room available. A solid 3RD is needed, and then with Sergachev returning, the defense should be mostly set.
