You'll be more mad when you find out what he's making this year. He's getting old & regressing a bit but he's a 0.55 point per game player this season. He's got grit to his game & was the one guy who got fed up that the Wings captain keeps getting targeted.

The crosscheck to the head of the wrong guy was stupid but at least he tried to stand up for the best player on the team. If the Wings don't give him 2.5 another team will.

No one should be giving Perron $2.5M - it won't be Wings.

Bruh acting like 2.5m is a lot of money for a half ppg player that can forecheck, applies grit, veteran leadership on and off the ice, protects the puck better than most NHLers and only on a 1yr deal

I like Robby Fabbri, when healthy, who is making 4M next season, also about 0.5 ppg right now. Would you rather pay a guy 4M for 0.5 ppg or 2.5M for 0.5 ppg? Use some logic.

Perron is going to be 36 and (if you've been watching at all this season) is clearly slowing down and can barely keep up with the tempo of today's NHL. He is not effective at all 5v5 and barely effective on the PP.

Youre barely under the cap with a 21 man roster and wasting $2.5M to Perron.....

They're already required to pay Fabbri $4M a year, you dunce...

Learn to read. I said he was regressing with age. People can still be effective as they get older look at Crosby or Ovy. I also gave you stats & facts. I'll give you another one since you don't understand. Perron is 8th on the team in ponts. Learn math & English apostrophes . You're acting like Perron screwed your wife.

LOL comparing Perron to Crosby. They CAN be effective, yes. Perron is NOT effective. Get it?

8th on the team in points, which means he's in the lower tier of forwards, considering there are 12. Wow, what a good way to spend $2.5M.

End of discussion.

0.55 ppg. No reading comprehension, okay I get it you're in 3rd grade.

Yes, .55 ppg, great. But if you watched the games, or understood what you were watching, you'd be able to clearly tell that he's barely keeping up with the pace of the game on a nightly basis.
