I would not be so sure about that. It also says anywhere

Imagine wiping out the net in your ACGM but leaving Holl and Petry on defense...

Figured you'd give Cossa and Talbot a split net next year to help adapt Cossa to the NHL. As far as leaving Holl and Petry I wanted to keep some pieces on the team intact. If I could just trade everyone and clear those awful contracts I would but that's just not realistic. I debated on trading matta or Petry but I kept Petry to keep that right side intact. And Holl would just cost too much to get rid of

Holl will likely be bought out.

I'm skeptical we see Cossa for more than a handful of games next season, but if he were to be dressed regularly, I'd rather not kill his confidence playing behind the **** defense we currently have.

oh - I'm very sure. If Detroit had Blues goalies this year, you'd be competing with the Bruins, Panthers, and Leafs for standing position as opposed to trying to squeak in wild card.

Why are you giving Lyon away for nothing when he is the only reason we are fighting for a playoff spot?
Talbot won't be any better than Husso in Detroit, especially since you didn't upgrade the defense.
Signing Sprong to that contract would be awful.
Cossa isn't ready for the NHL yet.
