Trevor Zegras isn't on the market, but if he were, we would want Tyson Foerster and the two picks -- left-handed forwards and particularly centers (Frost) aren't on our shopping list.

No thanks for Trouba and Anderson contract, don’t like the long term outlook of that. The goal is to get better long term not short term. Both Cal and Ryan are done after next year contract wise.

Anaheim and Buffalo are done. Don’t listen to Anaheim fans who think we need to give up Tyson or Michkov for Zegras they are delusional. Foerster is up there in stats with Bedard this year and even tho he won’t be nearly as good as Bedard he’s still way more valuable than people give him credit for

I agree with Anderson but I think Trouba would make a great veteran partner for York and with only two years left on the contract I think he is worth it. ESP with NYR probably needing to treat him like a cap dump

I can be good with Trouba I cannot be good with Anderson lol that contract is absolutely horrible. Trouba I’m just not a fan of personally as a player but he definitely would help the team in spots

I know there’s some Sabres fans on here who really like Cates,
but idk if this works in real life?

1- obviously no clue how our GM feels about Cates

2- i do know we really like Samuelsson, so it’s not likely we’d move him- particularly not for this return.

3- In order for it to make sense for Buffalo,
-we’d have to solidify our top4 defense
-want to give up on Krebs
-think that none of our other young center talent is ready to come up & get a shot

So while it’s a possibility
I’d say it’s pretty unlikely
