Description

I don't think Fleury can play more than 35 games next year. I don't think Wally is ready to take on the rest of those games. So we keep Gus and see how it goes. Trade him late in the season for a bag of pucks if needed and call up Wally. Then in 25 Gus or another journeyman supports Wally starting. I would even consider resigning MAF for a year as that backup if he wants it

I buried Johannsen. He has an NTC but not an NMC. so I would tell him I was going to bury him unless he wants me to try to trade him to all teams. Hopefully we get a 4th rd pick instead of burying him.

Nice job with the team makeup considering the Wild are still hamstrung by the Suter / Parise buyouts.
25/26 Guerin will have lots of cap $ to spend , less a chunk for re-upping Faber and Rossi

I suspect one of Rossi or Gus will be dealt this summer. Not saying I want that, but I do think it will happen.

It's possible. But I really hope it doesn't happen. Rossi is a C2 and so he's right where he should be. You'd only trade him this year if you think Khus can be a C2 next year, but I didn't see that.

Gus we'd trade if we're going to have Wally be G1. But I really don't see him being ready for that either.

We'll see - could be wrong. Just a hunch based on rumors and knowing Guerin's impulsivity.
