Additional Details:

Very unclear on how exactly FLA would value Hayton relative to Lundell so I erred on the high end.

UTH makes the trade because, while he has definitely shown significant flashes, Hayton hasn't been able to maintain those flashes in ARI. Lundell brings more security and a more possession-oriented game that the team would really use behind Cooley. Would depend on who they draft this year.
