Dont know if Van Riemsdyk trade is that good. I think it would take more than O'Gara and Spooner to cut a deal. Also you would lose a descent defense prospect in return for a player on the final year of his contract

Gotta think to trade JVR in the division would cost more. I will disagree with Jarednathans though about O'Gara. The guy is a good prospects, but he's probably not even in the top 3 of our LHD. O'Gara I don't think would be a huge loss for Boston.
