I don’t really see why teams not named Stl do these trades

Vgk, Buf, and Tor are all trying to compete now and this makes them worse

All i ever hear from STL fans is "we dont want defensman"
What changed?

We need to offload Krug (whether it's buyout or trade), then Leddy and Faulk we are open for business on I would say.

However, if we offload at least 2 of those 3, getting younger on the blue line is the goal. But we can't bring a d-man in without moving some out

We have players like Kessel, Perunovich and Tucker all needing to play meaningful minutes but as it stands now, one of those will be scratched and the other two most likely bottom pairing.

I wouldn't even offer Tucker in that Vegas trade. They may be screwed with cap so haggle that price down as much as we can

Would rather Faulk instead of Kessel in that Buffalo trade

Interesting idea being that Toronto trade but doubt JT even waives unless he does and we intend on having him at 2C then trade him half retained for a haul to a contender at the deadline
