    You can make the case that the value is fair for the sens trade, but it would leave us with another sizable hole on offense. I think id rathe ride out bathersons sub 5m deal than have to pay Hronek upwards of 7

    Sens aren't trading Batherson for Hronek straight up, I could see a 1 for 1 swap with Chychrun and Tanev isn't signing for less then $5,000,000

    Why should Hronek be traded? VAN traded a first and a 2nd just to trade him a year later?

    OTT not trading Bathserson and do to his contract he has more value than Hronek

    wasn't a ransom son, it's what a top RHD costs in the NHL
    Well Canuck fans didn't see Hronek in the playoffs until the last 10 minutes of the 3rd in game 7 and Ottawa needs a top RHD with offence as all they have is Hamonic and Zub who don't put up more then 30 points combined
