Like yes, Tanev > Manson for sure. Just not sure Tanev is only $5mil anymore.

Yeah, though a contender, I don’t see COL bringing in Tanev. A resigning with DAL is much more likely.

Are you convinced that Manson will be dealt this summer? If Mittelstadt resigns, and Nichuskin and Landeskog are expected to return, I could see a cap crunched COL running something along the lines of:

Toews - Makar
Girard - Manson
Johnson - Malinski
Jones

I am not at all convinced. But I would trade him if it means Tanev was the alternative. But, I don't think they trade any players until they hit some cap crunch if both Landy & Nichushkin are eligible to return.

Honestly, I think this team is capable as it is currently constructed to win another cup and don't see any reason to overreact at this time.
