- Tavares trade doesn't sound like something they'd be interested in. Absolutely no NHL-ready pieces being sent their way.
- Blais trade is interesting, but I think you need to remove the draft pick to make it fair. Trading a 7D for a 6th rounder future. Only makes sense if STL needs defensive depth though (which I don't know about).
- Gourde trade I'm unsure about its fairness. Yes, trading two fringe players to allow a change of scenery is logical. However, Gourde had more AHL success than Carr. Then again, the 4th should cover it... This trade only happens if TBL has given up on Gourde, and if no other team is reasonably interested in him.
- Gostisbehere trade makes no sense. PHI likely have no intention of trading him at all, so giving a fringe NHL-er (defensive forward) and 4 decent future pieces makes no sense. I feel like starting with Juulsen is a bare minimum if we're talking Gostisbehere.

McNiven had better hope that's not true, because the Habs just invested in eight more years of Carey Price. If he's that good, he'll be traded within a few years.
