Solid team, promising future, but the Giroux contract makes me cringe. This is 4th/8th season of a full No Movement Clause

I'm expecting a push into the conference finals

While I think Patrick's future is very bright, it's too early for him to be ahead of Couturier on the depth chart. I think it would be great to start the rookie on RW in a top six role and see if he can develop chemistry with a couple guys. A Simmonds-Couts-Patrick line would probably become a great two-way line.

Giroux will bounce back with 70-75 pts campaign. Its great point that Patrick could be on 17-14-19 line and this would give him opportunity to be calder trophy winner. He will sometimes switch with Couts to play C since Couts is versatille. And Filppula would be great 3rd line C that will help Vecchione and Weal grow.
