Your larger contracts that have no NMC attached to them are Saad, Murphy, Wilson, Crawford (NTC) and Panik.

I have no need for Wilson or Crawford and Panik's contract isnt large enough. So that leaves Murphy and Saad. I would need to add something to get each of them but Saad would give more flexibility.

Or

Zuccarello, Vesey, Lettieri

Both are initial offers

I would rather do the deal around Hartman and Saad but I would want someone better than Lettieri and possibly a pick too. Saad holds a lot of value to me.

If you're going to look around for other things, consider our potential deal as part of another move or for 3 way possibility.

Zuccarrello + Alzner would be 9.125M

Saad is 6M
Panik is 2.8M
For a total of 8.8M

So if you want, you can make two trades (or we can make a 3-way deal if it makes sense), involving those pieces.
You might have to run with a 22 man roster temporarily and/or/until you free up cap space elsewhere (ie: trade Wilson once he starts producing or dump him if he doesn't).

CHI: Alzner, 1st, De La Rose, Zuccarrello (+ ? for adding Panik)
MTL : Saad, Fortin
NYR: Hartman, Panik

That would be the net result of the two trades.

It's 2 trades for L9, so as long as he's okay with that, you guys just need to make sure you agree on the details of your trade and he can put them both through simultaneously when you're ready.
For L9, that means you have to get by the next 2 weeks with only 2 trades left for the month.

I could add a prospect like Lettieri instead of Pionk, or I could add somebody like Matt Puempel in exchange for Kampf. Other then that I dont have alot of forwards that I'd be willing to trade without a large retutn

I thought you'd be moving Sharp up and bumping Debrincat to the wing?
I can add Mitchell for a 5th (it can be 2020) but as far as I can tell he'd be taking a spot away from Hayden.
Up to you. Not going to tell you how to manage your lines, but in my opinion, you are in good shape without adding a forward.

The biggest concern you have is getting production from Wilson or moving and replacing him with someone who will produce.

I've already dropped a 7th and am giving up a 1st. Hopefully you guys can agree on something.

What if Max gives you a 4th and you give him your extra 5th?
Replaces one of your missing picks and doesn't deplete his pick stock any further.
Just a suggestion.
