I don't know if Rutherford has put all his cards in on the Duchene trade. That would probably be his highest offer. Sakic would want a defenseman but is most likely asking for Sprong and/or Aston Reese too, Sakic is under more pressure to get it done with Duchene be unhappy. I also agree with the idea of getting Maata's replacement from Vegas and like Schmidt.
