My reasoning is that NYI is in shambles, no arena deal and they don't have much depth. The projected contracts are overpays because its AZ and TR and Domi should have decent years, Domi's is cap adjusted by comparing Pastrnack's and Dreisital's. I think JT would be attracted because A) some anonymity due to the market B) decent marketing opportunities since the suns suck and the cardinals will suck C) they are trending up D) They possess that rarest of unicorn and that's a true elite #1 D-man in OEL E) Raanta will be good, better than darling and there is an overpay as well.
