Once every ones healthy I think this team can definitely compete for a cup
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>OldNYIfan</b></div><div>We're full up on both roster spots and cap space, so we'll have to turn Reilly down. We might not even have enough cap space after re-signing Anderson and Durzi to exchange Sean Walker for Reilly, that's how tight our cap space is. I think that the Kings are the closest to having a 2022-2023 roster set than any other team. We could start training camp tomorrow.</div></div>
Oh my bad then, didn't know that. Can def find another suitor for Reilly tho.

bruins next year if no bergy

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ON3M4N</b></div><div>And you say you're a Bruins fan :help</div></div>
Obviously Bergy is amazing and has had a much better career, but I'm not sure why its delusional to say Kadri was better than him last szn. Bergy is 36 years old its no shot at him at all, but I'm just being unbiased we'll get better play from Kadri than Bergy next year. I'm fine with both though.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>CMcAvoy73</b></div><div>So you’re over the cap and have three roster spots to fill.
Where did Clifton go?
More importantly, if bergeron is done - there is no route to competing.</div></div>
First of all the cap is not flat, I could have gone up to a cap hit of 82/83 mil if I wanted because this was the cap hit from 2021. Clifton is down in the minors, I personally prefer him as a 7th d man and I liked zboril's game a lot more pre injury. Also to respond to your point about "no route to competing" I disagree I think this team can 100% compete, Kadri is an upgrade over Bergy and Strome is an upgrade over Haula.

Cup winner right here
Im sorry but a top 6 of Eichel marchy Pasta Bergy Krejci and Frederic is the best top 6 in the league plus a top pairing of Gryz and Mcavoy is still very good, the Bruins are obviously legit cup contenders right now even though their struggling a bit right now and I can guarantee replacing Ritche and Debrusk with Eichel makes us the clear fav, no way is any team stopping us if we had arguably 4 top 10/15 players in the league

This teams beats Tampa
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Hammerwise</b></div><div>I agree, but that offer for Hanifan, who is a top 4 defender is weak, and it does nothing for Calgary. Moore is a cap dump and adds negative value, I like Ritchie (who was moved into the other deal) but his value is neglible, maybe worth a good 3rd and certainly Kase needs a change of scenery, but his value isn't high right now...
But overall, those pieces do nothing for a capped CGY team.</div></div>
Kase is rumoured to be traded for Hanifan and the third is just so that the Bryins can dump moore Calgary essentially stays at the same cap and they swap and under performing 2nd pair defensman for a top 6 forward and third pairing d man and a third. Maybe Bruins have to put a second instead of a third but this isnt a bad trade

Most probable lines for opening night
ya true but I can also see them going with the depth approach, I don't agree with it and I think Macavoy would be much better without a pylon of a partner but they like to put them together so we'll see.

Well I'd disagree Hoffman gives them a lot more talent in their top 6 forward group and the scoring that they need.
