playoff push while planning for future
Habs trade is really solid, maybe a pick 3rd or 4th instead of Tryamkin.
Id see the Tampa trade going for like this... Killorn, Foote and 4th for Kole Lind. Podkolzin is way too good to only get Cirelli out of it.
Sens would take that trade any day. Theyd get some decent top 9 players that they could either use as depth or trade right away for picks.

20-21 Best scenario
No to the Canucks trade. Id rather ask for Dumba in that deal instead of Brodin and remove the mete and greenway parts. Just Domi + 3rd for Dumba. Mete can still be the 5th d man behind Romanov, Struble or Norlinder on the left side

My take
If im Bergevin, id rather pay the 1st, 2nd and 3rd to offer sheet Sergachev for more than what you say he signs for with Tampa.

Hes a 30 goal scorer that plays his heart out every shift. Hes costing Byram + Newhook just to even have Bergevin pick up the phone for it. Hes the next captain and practically untouchable

If a player cannot understand that the trade wasnt at all personal then he isnt cut out for the league

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Leafs_and_Sens_Fan</b></div><div>The top 6 forward they are talking about is Cirelli.
Also that Sergachev offersheet gets matched quickly.
Also moving Alzner will cost Chicago and Montreal's 2nds this year not a bunch of random small pieces.
That deal just seems like robbery to me. This is a top 10 pick in a very strong top 10 draft not like Tampa's 1st.</div></div>

Tampa have 5 million to sign Cirelli and Sergachev. Killorn, Gourde and Johnson all have NTC and no one will want to help them unless they get some great draft capital so anything between 6-6.5 is being accepted
Domi is better than Cirelli and would be a cheaper signing. Domi is looking like he'll be paid 5-6 over 7 years while Cirelli most likely wants a bridge deal which will be cheaper short term but detrimental long term
You obviously dont know much about habs prospects as ikonen and olofsson are not small pieces, they are decent prospects, both being former 2nd rounders. Ikonen was injured all of last year but hes a solid future top 9 forward and so is olofsson. Both producing decently in Mens league. Alzner also only has 2 years left and would be some good vet leadership for the young d core the devils should be getting.
Once again, its been reported several times that the Sabres are willing to move the 2020 1st rounder and Montour for a top 6 forward. Domi is exactly that and youd be getting a decent rushing defenceman in Mete who is top 10 in the league in rushes and stretch passes. Something yall need. Adding mid round picks isnt an issue, probably an extra 4th or 5th to sweeten it.

Its been reported multiple times that the Sabres are willing to offload the 8th overall pick and Montour for a top 6 forward. You get that and a decent rushing d man in Mete

Eichel to habs
Romanov is untouchable. It would be closer to a Domi, KK, Poehling, Brook, 9th overall and 2021 1st rounder (top 3 protected)
or if you really wanted to go all out, Domi, Tatar, Danault, 2021 1st rounder

Habs get robbed here, even as a rental. Tatar is worth at minimum a 20-25 pick with a B to B- prospect. Dude had 61 points in 68 games this year

Not exactly, Flyers are looking at dumping his cap anyways. At least here they can get 2 quality nhl players for it without retaining.

Everyones needs met
This is a hard no from the habs, No way they help the leafs cap situation unless a huge prospect comes back. Habs also not in the need for kerfoot. Especially with the amount of 3rd line center talent in free agency this season.
