Most likely team to win the cup
Leky is so reliable. i would rather give up any combination of kulak, weal, byron. Also, we cant resign everyone next year, impossible. so, trade tatar and or danault for 2 way players with team controlled salaries.

I'm not sold on that signing with a NTC.
If were stuck with 2 bad contracts for L.D and still no Markov. M.B should be shown the door.</div></div>
KK proved himself last year. He bulked up this summer. he needs to be in the top 6. Chiarot is a beast and can compliment Petry and thats where they have him right now. Poehling can be a very useful big body on the PP
We will see what happens. Regardless, good things happening

Now who is the dreamer. not wasting my time with this anymore. i hope you lose both of them!

get off the crack man, you DON'T have enough space! You are going to need 18-20 Mil NOT 16.

good, then enjoy not signing laine and or conner since you are so arrogant! this give them space to sign both RFA's and get a quality player in return etc

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Billy739</b></div><div>what's the point of Ehlers if you're not re-uniting him with Drouin?
Drouin-Ehlers was a more Dynamic Duo then Mckinnon- Drouin ever was
Mckinnon and Drouin would center different lines depending on match ups
but Drouin-Ehlers never really split like Anderson and Messier they just made eachother better
it would be like CGY trading for Marner then playing him with Monahan and Gaudreau replacing Lindholm . . . it ignores Chemistry and history of success together</div></div>
Once again, i agree with you but its still a good trade with cost certainty for 6 years and dont have to worry about resigning Tatar. Basically we get ehlers and suzuki for paches. not bad plus the pick we got too

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Billy739</b></div><div>Keep Mccarron as Coach Bouchard had him playing key minutes last year and when he got injured he was 3rd among forwards in points and 4th in minutes.
He just had Surgery and said it feels the best it has since before he seperated his should in 2014-15 .
i expect him to be a key player for Coach Bouchard again this year with Teasdale out (his Gallagher from Junior) he'll have to rely on big mac to battle infront of the net more .
Juulsen and Mete are both better off starting in Laval and thriving there hopefully as league leaders then being brought up around or after TDL depending on where we are in the standings. The upside about Reilly is that in MIN to get minutes he played RD.
Gardiner-Weber
Chariot-Petry
Kulak-Reilly
Folin
we add value to Kulak , Reilly and Folin by playing them then as we come to the TDL depending on how well Mete and Juulsen are doing in Laval as their top pair . then we'll flip them to contenders for 4th and 5th picks like with Morrow and Jerebek .</div></div>
I could go along with your logic with Mac and Juulsen but mete is an nhl'r

Anyhow, that line of thinking doesn't really work. Florida was a really good team that had one major flaw, and they went out and addressed it. I think they're way way better. That might take away a few points from montreal.
If Carey Price turns back to the 2014-2015 carey price and has that kind of season, they can make the playoffs. otherwise, I just can't see how it happens.
also what's that addition that's going to magically transform the PP?</div></div>
bob will help florida but montreal is better
ehlers, leddy poehling in front of the net which prevents teams from keying in on just weber

I just don't see how Montreal finishes ahead of 3 of those 11 teams.</div></div>
with the additions, we would be a much better pp which would tranlate into at least 3 or more wins which puts us over 100 points. defense is solid now which would also translate into at least 3 more wins, now we are over 110 points. we would be better than buffalo, philly, florida, hurricanes and even NY. i think you are giving them way too much credit, but time will only tell....

The kids line
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Frankyhabs</b></div><div>With Danault/Domi/KK down the middle, I really think starting Poehling on LW could be good for him. Poehling is a true center but it will be hard to give him top 9 minutes at center. Remember that Poehling has played 35-45 games by season the last 2 years. It would be insane to ask him 82 games at center (with all the responsabilities that come with the center spot). Maybe in December, Julien feel Poehling is ready and then we put Domi LW. Danault/KK/Poehling. Remember Chuky was never a true center when he starts his NHL career he had like one year and a half in the OHL at center while Poehling has already played 3 season in the NCAA (better than OHL) and some big tournament (U20). We wont screw Poehling if we start him at LW IMO.
Edit : Your right on the PP would be very fun too :)</div></div>
i think it would be better to put domi on lw and leave poehling at c
