Bruins have history with overpaid rentals like Rick Nash trade. Spooner, Beleskey ,Rights to Lindgren and 1st and 7th

Yeah I get it. That's why I believe that bruins could get 1st round pick for Debrusk.
1. The pick will be late first round pick
2. Debrusk is still good 3rd line winger and has performed well in playoffs.

Yeah, and Sebastian Aho was ranked as a fourth rounder or later. The draft is pure lottery after top 10.

It's easy to say that 6,5 years after the draft.😂

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>CMcAvoy73</b></div><div>Maybe. Maybe not. Actually almost certainly not. A player drafted is usually a depreciating asset.
You gonna trade Zach Senyshyn and say, “well he’s a first rounder,” next? Of course not. You know how sometimes there are reaches in the draft? Like Senyshyn. Sweeney valued him more than other GMs so he took him higher up. A draft pick is a raw asset. It has objective worth. A prospect has subjective worth.</div></div>
Yes, Senyshyn was worth 1st rounder in 2016. One year after the draft.

When he was traded he wasn’t a first rounder, he was Nolan Foote.</div></div>
Who was drafted in first round. Same value than that 2020 First rounder

And they didn’t pay two first rounders. It was one first rounder.</div></div>
Nolan Foote was first rounder.

You bringing up that as a comparison is weird.</div></div>
I don't find it weird at all both players are 20-goal scorers. Coleman are little bit better i agree with that that's why Tampa paid two 1st rounders.

Risto is just not good.
Sure, go after a center.</div></div>
Tampa paid 1st and Nolan Foote (2019 1st) and acquired Coleman. So Debrusk could be worth 1st.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>CMcAvoy73</b></div><div>Krejci basically can’t come back at this point
Rangers decline
Risto stinks.
At this point i wouldn’t want to take steen out of the lineup.</div></div>
If Kreijci won't come back Bruins still needs 2nd line center and i don't trust Haula to fill that spot.
I would like to see Ristolainen on a team who have good leadership and is a winning team.
Debrusk's trade value is 1st or 2nd
