<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>coga16</b></div><div>Did you gloss over saying hes an inconstant offensive player, you are making my point for me.... Scoring in bunches and then going silent...thats exactly what an incomplete player does . Whens hes scoring and on, he brings a lot to the table, but with his lack of effort issues and his inconsistent scoring...when hes not scoring he brings nothing due to his lack of defensively ability

Dzingle doesnt have the upside since he is the older player but he scores the same as Drouin but is better defensively and can play all positions as well (drouin is not a C lets not pretend he can).</div></div>

No. You are mixing up incomplete with inconsistent, you are the one who is glossing over what i’m saying. Drouin is a complete player, he backchecks, gets involved in the play, but is more offensive minded therefore loses his man sometimes in the defensive zone...not everyone can be Bergeron, but that doesn’t make them an incomplete player. Are Kane, Pastranak, Marner incomplete players too? Also, Drouin doesn’t just score in bunches and then go quiet, he was as consistent offensively as most of the top 50scorers in the league until he hit a wall. The reason he hit that wall is because he trained as a center and bulked up, and when he went to the wing, probably was playing too heavy. this offseason he’s getting back down in weight to get his speed and stamina back. To say Dzingle is in anyway comparable to Drouin is laughable at best. It’ll be fun to watch people eat their words next season.
