Yeah fair. The Sens should def trade Kubalik for a cheaper decent 4th liner

Don’t think a trade involving Batherson Carry’s any weight, or Konecny/Tippett for that matter, I’ve heard Tippets relatively untouchable to them and DB is holding out for better offers for TK. (Wants an A prospect + 1st or 2 1sts)</div></div>
No one is (outside of michkov and gauthier) is untouchable on the flyers. It'll just cost a higher stanza to snag tippett and TK, let alone both at the same time. But it is fun to think about, I think both teams could benefit from a trade like this.

Pretty sure the report says 2 x 2.5. A 1 year deal at 2 mill doesn’t sound unrealistic at all

Ottawa-Carolina Trade
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>TheReelChuckFletcher</b></div><div>My offer was mostly about the first rounder. If Ottawa is higher on Greig than Pinto, they can sell Pinto at a higher price than his original draft stock (he was drafted with the very first pick in the second round), and take a swing on another guy that could be a good 3rd line center.</div></div>
Or Ottawa will/can keep both Greig and Pinto for the foreseeable future.

If that's what Pinto will sign for, then he's staying in Ottawa.

Doesn't really make much sense for Ottawa, the chances of either Drury or the 27-32nd overall pick becoming as good as Pinto is slim.

I like Konecny, but I doubt the Sens make this trade.
They learned with Debrincat not to trade significant assets for 2 years of a player that they can't extend right away. Giving up Greig who's nearly ready, if not already, for 1.5 years of Konecmy ain't happening. Sens aren't in a win this year at all costs mentality.

Price is a little too steep for Ottawa at the moment. Our prospect cupboard is running thin. We also don't have the cap space for Konecny, although I like the player.

Rather lose Kubalik than Berggren personally. If you wanna swap them you can
If you're saying you want both then you have to remove the 1st altogether

That's a terrible offer for DeBrincat and Pinto. For that package you'd have to start with Noah Dobson.

Ottawa isn't trading Pinto, Plus that offer doesn't get both DeBrincat and Pinto. And fat chance i see DeBrincat signing long term out on Long Island.

Not even close for Alex DeBrincat, Plus DeBrincat won't sign long term with the NYI. They're not on his 5 team list of willing to sign long term with.
