To be fair, you don't have to post on every one.

A few thoughts on the build. A few free agents might be under paid (Duchene, Wheeler and Mayfield), that being said nobody seems to have much cap space on contending teams so who knows.

The Murray trade is fine, it might not be Arizona as they don't like playing people, but a rebuilding team would take the deal and buyout Murray to get the picks.|
I think your selling low on Timmins, I would imagine they could get more for him (Young RHD signed to a low amount). Also if you are trying to get rid of the cap hit, you could place him as a non-rostered player. I think currently players making 1.15mil or less can have the full cap hit buried.
As for the Karlson trade, the package is likely more than enough for him. I know he had a fantastic season this year and would love to have him on the team, however, you can't ignore the elephant in the room, that is his age, prior injuries and large cap hit for the next 4 years. Also, I doubt the sharks would be willing to retain that much on him, as they said they didn't want to retain more than 2mil on him. But I get the feeling they might a little more than that.
As for the Nylander trade, I would like to see a little more in return. I get the value of a gritty forward and a big def, but I feel you can get one of the big D in FA. My other thought is the wild are really up against the cap this season and next, making Nylander harder to resign.

Also note that I could be 100% wrong on all of things I've written. Good job, making a good team I do like the Defence and the 1st, 3rd and 4th forward lines.
