Jeannot is another one that could bring back something good.
Fun to talk about but Poile will never rebuild he’s good with being good enough.
As for this proposal I think is really weak and I said this before that Toronto doesn’t really have anything I’d want if we were to trade saros. I’m not in love with any of there prospects. I’d look to a team with better prospects</div></div>
If you don’t retool now, you’ll be rebuilding in 3 years. I think it’s a must. Jeannot could probably return a Hagel like package

Bedard, Cooley and Askarov. Pretty good future

Goaltender values are hard to pick, but if I'm Poile here, the only piece (outside of Matthews) that Toronto has that interests me is Nylander. Knies is going to be good. Abrusseze and Robertson are good, nothing special. Lilly and Sandin are good, not special. There's no cream of the crop blue-chip prospect that makes sense here in my opinion. I don't know the Toronto system as well as I know others, so that's without doing any research, but that's my initial reaction.

I was too. I think the Wild would be interested in adding a pick to that, but Donato is something Minnesota would be willing to give up for him. I just see NYR getting for Georgiev.

Unless my team is in "blow-it-up-mode", I'm taking Arvidsson side of that deal.
Also...remember when Tyler Benson was untouchable. That was fun.

There's a deal to be made there with NSH and Watson -- but I don't think this is it. NSH is taking back too much salary and also retain over 50% of Watson's contract which isn't allowed in the league.

Gaudreau Trade 3
Nope.... Columbus isn’t making that trade. Trading a center for a wing isn’t happening. We need centers.... not wings.

Gaudreau Trade 3
This is good value for Gaudreau, but as <a href="/users/Tonys_Pizza" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">@Tonys_Pizza</a> mentioned above, I don't think CLB has the ability to spend more picks. They are already quite light in that department.

I’m sorry guys but this is ridiculous. I will say at least you didn’t ask for a 2c...</div></div>
He did ask for a trade... Columbus doesn’t want to move him. I didn’t say jarmo would pay him that much. This is also coming after Pittsburgh trade 15th OA + for Kapanen.... yes Anderson has a bad season, he’s also an RFA and Columbus has NO REASON to trade him.... if you don’t like then don’t offer on him.

He is, but Ceci cost us Ziatzev a long term Cap dump and Connor Brown , no interest in a cheaper slightly better Ceci (Risto) at the price tag of Liljegren a 2nd and a 4th

I figured why not make a leafs offseason
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Tonys_Pizza</b></div><div>I think you have a great point... however, this playoff has exposed how valuable Murph is and the holes in the leafs d.
There is really no “next in line” in Chicago behind Crawford. Scott was a high pick and has upside, liljenren does as well. In other words I think it could be very desirable for Chicago to to do this before Seattle swipes Murph for nothing.</div></div>
We will protect Kieth, Seabrook, Murphy. Boqvist will be exempt. Seattle won't be getting Murphy. Seattle will take one of dehaan, Kampf, or Delia from the hawks. We don't really have issues protecting out good players

TRADE FOR TERM OPTION 2
Fenton is reportedly very interested in Fiala and Tolvanen. It would take a ton to get them both, but I don't think acquiring one is completely out of the picture. How about one of these?
Zucker for Fiala 1 for 1
Granlund for Tolvanen + Fla 3rd
