Yeah same, Vegas Is in win now mode hence the overpayment, originally it was just vgk-buf trade, but i doubt lehner would go to buf, So i added pens who want goalie upgrade

Personally id rather move Faulk, but hey, we both know none of this Is happening:D

I wouldnt mind 1 for 1 swap honestly, maybe 4th rounder from stl? Its honestly difficult to make balanced trade

You should be looking for a team that's just STARTING a rebuild, not nearing the end of one. Even then, Tyler Johnson has THREE SEASONS remaining at $5M with a FULL NTC. That cap dump ALONE is worth a better package than you've offered. And then you're asking for two players back on top this??
The only way OTT considers taking Johnson is if Cernak, Foote, or Cirelli are somehow made part of the deal.</div></div>

Stecher has been really impressive this season, playing top 4 hockey caliber. The first Is there bcs od Johnson, who wasnt even claimed off waivers. For Tampa it checks all boxes - backup G (yeah i dont trust curtis a lot), serviceable rhd on good contract And cap space if Kuch returns for playoff. Detroit gets good player in killorn, good player on mediocre contract + 1st rounder (hopefully 32nd)

It just does not make sense from a Wings perspective.</div></div>
Take it as 1st + zetterberg money for stecher and prospect (2nd rounder this draft) for taking Johnson, i agree Tampa should include some other sweetener like 3-5 rounder, but honestly this trade doesnt šerm loopsided to me 🤷

Kane to nsh
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>mikearky</b></div><div>Can not see Nashville giving that much up. They tend to be somewhat conservative.</div></div>
It comes down to od they wanna win now, or being sort of "medium" for years to come. Kane Is exactly type of player they need and they are giving up mostly futures (sissons Is only bcs of cap space), other way Is for Chicago retain some salary, which teams tend not to do on 2+ years long contract + the value would have to go up.
I think im fairly close on kane s value, if poille should pull the trigger is different question.

I dont like trading him just as the next guy, but unless both Johnson and Killer are gone, or all rfas take discount, someone needs to go and for me sergachev is number one, even tho it sounds weird. Cirelli is god, cernak Is the only RD and sergachev would play behind heddy and Ryan.

Would not be smart to do this trade</div></div>
Also the question Is if they are thinking long term or want to go back to back

Id obviously be happy to keep him and let Kraken draft McD, but unless multiple rfas sign like labanc did, or someone vaiwes, the cap crunch will be real And as i said, id rather keep cirelli

How about sergy for fabbro And lets say tomassino? My point about trading him Is that Tampa Is stacked on left side, and getting NHL ready RD on elc Is the best outcome also i feel that brannstrom fell of a cliff because Hes on the sens and his ceiling Is still high
