If it were me running the show I would save the 4th line for maybe 1 veteran and a couple of kids on ELC. I would take that $8 mil you are spending on the 4th line and either get 1 $8 Mil forward like Mike Hoffman that would drop Grundstrom to the 4th like or get a great d man like Piertiangelo, Krug or Barrie (Piettiangelo might cost more but the other two would probably cost less).

Right Handed Defensemen that are available in Free Agency in 20/21 should one Liljigren/Ozhiganov not pan out:
Alex Pietrangelo (30)
Tyson Barrie (29)
Justin Schultz (30)
Mike Green (34)
Jared Spurgeon (30)
Zach Bogosian (30)
Sami Vatanen (29)
Justin Faulk (28)
Christopher Tanev (30)
Travis Hamonic (30)
Mark Pysyk (28)

Most of those guys would come under the $6 mil range I imagine and could be upgrades over what we have.
