WHO WINS THE HART WITH POLL
Shesterkin deserves it the most, the Rangers are not a playoff team without him. Matthews will get a lot of votes, he's on an absolute rip. McDavid definitely deserves votes as well. No forward carries his team more than he does. Like without McDavid, the Oilers are likely bottom 10.

People tried to deny it as much as they could, but Chiarot was definitely going to fetch a 1st.
It was a heck of a three years, Big Ben, the most polarizing defenseman in Habs recent memory. Eye-test people loved him, analytics people hated him. Truth is, you will be missed in Montréal.
Florida just became even more dangerous for the playoffs.

Like zuki said, Poehling woudl be better option, but if Habs want to contend, the issues are: (in thsi scenario, gally is traded
Caufield - Suzuki - Anderson
Drouin - ?? - ??
Hoffman - Dvorak - Lehkonen
Pitlick - Poehling - Evans
?? - ??
Edmundson - Petry
Romanov - Savard
Price - Allen
Only 4 holes.
We don't need Luostarinen</div></div>
Everyone here is wrong.
Instead, we should have our lines look like:
Pacioretty - Suzuki - Radulov
Drouin - Kotkaniemi - Caufield
Toffoli - Danault - Gallagher
Byron - Eller - Shaw
Edmundson - Petry
Mete - Weber
Markov - Romanov
Price
Allen

https://theathletic.com/3106665/2022/02/02/the-canadiens-path-forward-new-gm-kent-hughes-outlines-how-the-next-eight-months-could-go/

I don't see that happening. We have way too many holes and not nearly enough young star power. We need to completely rebuild, last retool was a complete failure and just prolonged our rebuild (and now we're in a worst spot)
