You can look up stat sheets, your such a big boy now. Me and your mom are very proud. I know Nemeth played a lot with Girard in his first year and helped him out a lot in D zone, which is what Blash said he thinks he can do for a more offensive guy like Green or Hronek.

Nemeth played in Avs top 4, I think they made the playoffs last year. Didnt they? not sure. I think they did. Didn't they? Might need to double check that. I think they did. pretty sure, not 100% postive though. It would be so legend if Nemeth played in our top 4 this year. How bad are we? hahaha. Nemeth in your top 4. Wow so bad

Experimenting with Time
I like the contracts for the RFA's. Like others have said too much money for Krug, 6.5 or 7 mil at most. Also i kind of feel like Krug isnt really the kind of UFA Dman we should be signing. If were gonna pay him 7 mil, we should just wait until someone better hits the market. Like a Zach Werenski. That defense is too soft need more size and grit back there.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>pavelisgoat</b></div><div>For me, it’s this exactly. That plus the logjam then at centre. Nielsen and Turris would be fine, but then having Helm, LGD and Abby as well, we won’t be able to get rid of all of them. I’m already counting on Helm and Abby being scratched or injured. Can’t be scratching 3 forwards. The other option is no young guys in the lineup, I don’t like that idea either. We already signed Filps, no room for another vet forward unless we unload our guys (like you did in this trade). Just would prefer not getting two back, if it’s just Turris, maybe. Need Svech to get some chances. But having all of Nielsen, Turris and Filps is maybe just too much still.</div></div>
i would think Yzerman will at least move one of Neilsen, Helm, or Abby before 20-21 season

I never said Yzerman was part of the decision to keep Ras in NHL. Ras was NOT kept in the NHL by Holland to be "a star from day 1 and keep Yzerman at bay for another couple of years". Yzerman stepped down from GM position on September 11th of last year, so before the season started. When Yzerman stepped down, he and Holland both knew that Yzerman would take over in 19-20 or Yzerman wouldn't have stepped down from being the GM of the best team in the league that he had spent 10 years building.
Get permission to leave early? leave early from what?

They kept him in the NHL because they didnt think he had anything left to learn in WHL playing against kids way smaller than him. Keep Yzerman at bay? lol. Holland and Yzerman both new that he would be taking over when Stevie stepped down last summer as Tampa's GM into an advisory role for the last year of his contract in Tampa.

At best, Cauflied is gonna be an Alex debrincat, which is hell of player, but Seider has top pairing potential and is what the wings need most. We might not have a 45-50 goal scorer like Debrincat, but we have goal scorers. Two 30 goals scorer in AA, larks, basically 3 if Mantha played a full season. Plus you add Zadina to that. Bertuzzzi is looking like he’s gonna be 20-30 guy. Rasmussen net front on that powerplay. Gonna be deadly

idk what they will do
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Sagecoll</b></div><div>Gotcha, I'm sorry I thought you saw the chart. So you'd see that both offensively and defensively across the board based off of a very significant sample size that Buch is a superior player. And the lack of age disparity makes discussions of "potential" moot. We use charts and stats like this because they show actual on ice performance, as opposed to what the performance looked like. So when there's something explicit as "how much does a player drive scoring" like:
<a href="https://ibb.co/yNp3J84" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank"><img src="https://i.ibb.co/yNp3J84/Screen-Shot-2019-07-19-at-7-58-50-AM.png" alt="Screen-Shot-2019-07-19-at-7-58-50-AM"></a>
And you couple that with the fact that Buch is almost a standard deviation worth a better defender. Yeah I don't think there's too much of an argument...</div></div>
Ok so according to that chart, Buch is better offensively then, Kane, Pasternak, Draisaitl, Marner?

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Sagecoll</b></div><div>Cool he’s fast and terrible at defense. I just don’t know why you’re equating that to Buchnevich.
We had basically the fastest player in the league in Carl Hagelin. And he was one of the better defensive forwards in the entire league. He was also worth a 2nd and a B prospect. I like AA. He’s a nice player to have in your middle 6. Just not sure why you’re comparing to Buchnevich.</div></div>
you started the comparison with the "Buch > AA" comment, so im arguing that AA is the better player and has more value. Once again he's not "just fast", hes one of the fastest in the league, makes skilled plays at high speed, which is why he was a 30 goal scorer last year. He's okay defensively not "terrible" at all. Why are you only basing players value on how good defensively they are. You could have a bunch of players that are good defensively, but if they don't have enough skill to play with other skilled players and be a contributor offensively, then they are a bottom six player. Also if you look above in my first comment, i said Buch is a really good player.

Is there any rebuttal aside from "he's fast"? because being a C doesn't really matter if you're atrocious at defense and faceoffs...
I would say Buch for AA + 2nd is a pretty intriguing offer though. That's about the value disparity.</div></div>
Yeah there is. He’s not just fast, he’s one of the fastest in the league and can make plays at that high speed. Pretty sure he can get better at face offs man, he’s played like 20 total games at center in his NHL career. Not even saying he’s a center either, but it’s valuable that he can play center if needed, say because of injuries, and it just give you way more options. I watched every red wings game last year and I thought he looked better at center than wing TBH. When he was on the wing he was more of an offensive weapon, at center he was more dynamic in all three zones. But yeah right now his defensive game isn’t as strong as his offensive game.

The 98% was a follow up from a comment above. My comment wasn’t based on who they are gonna move but just pointing out the dynamic between GMs, surrounding Gusev and the Vegas cap situation. Who will they move then? Reaves? I didn’t think that would make enough room

If your a GM in the West, then your 98% not gonna wanna help them sign Gusev, unless your getting back an asset that is better than Eakin. If your a GM in the East , then your 98% still gonna ask for Gusev, an the if there is no deal to be made then maybe a team in will take Eakin for a cheap. Thats how i see it playing out. I still think they will just take the best offer for Gusev, which will most likely be a pretty good deal for them, especially since they got Gusev for nothing

Idk about Buch > AA.
AA is more valuable in my opinion. One of the fastest players in the league, already a 30 goal scorer. Can play center, a lot of people think he is better suited for the wing but he played center at the end of the season for 10-15 games and look pretty good, so the fact the he can play both if needed adds a lot to his value. I don't really even see any argument TBH and im not saying Buch isn't a really good player but, why is Buch > AA better in your opinion?

Take either Gusev or Eakin out pf the equation or give us something back that would still make Vegas competitors.</div></div>
