No to Ghetto and Simmonds. We need a guy like Skinner or Panarin, pure goal scorer. Also, Kerfoot and Compher will get more than that.

Trade Barrie. Makar is ready to play top 4. Johnson can play top pairing until Timmins is ready.
I imagine you could get a guy like Hoffman from FLA for Barrie - he is a pure goals scorer. Add in a decent prospect coming from FLA and its a deal?

hard pass. Barrie is worth more than Hoffman to the Avs, thats the exact opposite kind of older expiring contract forward they would look at moving barrie for who is one of the top point producing RHS Dman in the league and who is pretty reliable defensively as well.

Hard pass on Simmonds. I like the Hoffman idea, but FLA would need to add. I’m still trying to peddle my Barrie for RNH agenda as well.
