I like that this one has a Lu retirement scenario. I believe Florida can totally sign Pan and Bob to those numbers after having a look at the post tax earning tool on this site. Other teams would have to pay more for them to have the same take home money (unless your in Texas, Arizona, or Nevada). A 13th overall pick, a 3rd rounder next year and a cheaper top 6 RHD seems like a decent return for Trouba. As an Avs fan, I don't know If I want to give up the 16th overall pick for one year of a cheap / prime Dadonov and then possibly having him only accept a long term, high paying contract into his fading 30s. I think Sakic would look back in 5 years and be like "We could've had Newhook, Seider or even Knight".
