Would rather not go after larsson at all. Not a bad job though. Forecasts like these are impossible to predict with the market of ufa’s and trades that may come available. Also hard to predict prospect progression too.

True about prospects progression, thats why im filling 4th Line only with youngsters

I just edited a bit.....with the D setup......Sandin and Liljegren at 3rd Pair still to progress, ...would Dermott be expandable in pre-season, which would allow combined 13M to spend on the 2nd Pair Ds to fill ? No need to spend all ofc, Manson and Rielly need to be signed year after....

As for Larsson...hes brought in as B level D ( like we have one in Zaitsev already ) in 2019/2020, cause thats the max we can afford in that Cap situation ( or Miller maybe, same level of quality ), SAA and SCA needs to be adressed urgentlly from my point of view.

Put Dermott on the second pair, maybe give a 2nd round pick to keep Larson

The cap went from 79.5 to 83m....3.5m when Vegas joined the league. A 7m jump for Seattle? To expect or even 86.5m in 2020/21 seem way too optimistic. You have the cap going up 13% but haven't really included any raises for some of the lower end RFAs.
