Description
If and it's a big if, the Isles trade for Zucker, I'm not giving up picks to get him, and I'm demanding a pick in return, because undoubtedly, MTL, who has a plethora of late round picks would be willing to give up one in a Tuna Trade because they are so desperate for a puck mover on the left side. I think you could get a 4th and a next yr 3rd out of hickey, I don't know if they will but a cap strapped team looking for quality 3rd pairing D w term to spend mid round assets to get him. I chose ANH, which is the most logical IMO.

We’re hitting the nut button cuz he would be a great fit. I’d love to trade Leddy to them but I think they wanna get younger. I think a package will look something like Bellows, a 2nd and Soderstrom for Zucker, which I think is good for both sides. I don’t see room for Bellows this year even though there’s a good chance he’s ready for NHL minutes

I personally would prefer Saad than Zucker, but they do have enough similarities to where at the right trade I'd be fine with zucker.

Lot of people overrating Zucker. he's very streaky, he's an ok two player, and he's not a good passer. he's fast which I like but it's a huge gamble for 4 years. Saad, I wouldn't say his best years are behind him. I'd just say he's never gonna hit what his ceiling was supposed to be, but that's okay. he's good for 20-25 goals a year and he's a great 2 way player and his contract commitment is only for 2 years. I don't like the idea of being locked into Zucker for 4 years

I think they're looking for win now pieces, IE lateral moves. Fenton has pretty much said as much. Bellow's needs to prove he's AHL ready before he's NHL ready and right now you're trading below his value
