Cap raise = 3,5M ( regular )

One player short, haven't carrie over bonus from last year and optismitic cap. It went up 3.5m with the boast from Vegas first year. Will they happen again especially with the declining Canadian dollar.

I believe you are getting wrong impression about those 23 players.

As far as i understand the rule, with 23 players you cant hit above current Cap ( 86,5M in this case ) and you arent allowed to have less then 20 players on Team.

So you can have anything between 20 and 23 but as logic dictates the more the better while you need ppl to sit in pressbox in case someone got injured and when taking road trips, you defenitelly want to have some extra men with you.

2017/2018........Expansion Draft......2M.....Expansion Draft was in Jun 2017
2018/2019..............Regular...............4M ....my guess is they compensated raise to low for VGK
2019/2020...............Regular.............3,5M

Maybe im wrong, didnt know if it actually its bonded to CAD oscilating.......
